Credits & Payments
Each credit unlocks one full AI-powered reading. You can draw cards and see a preview at no cost; a credit is only spent when you choose to reveal the full interpretation. Credits never expire.

No. Purchased credits never expire and remain on your account indefinitely.
We offer refunds on unused credits within 14 days of purchase. Subscription refunds are considered case-by-case. Email support@occultix.com with your order reference.
