Occultix operates occultix.com, an AI-powered tarot reading service for entertainment. Contact: support@occultix.com.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Occultix. By using the service, you confirm you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or use another person's account. Provide accurate information when registering. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
All readings are produced by artificial intelligence and provided solely for entertainment and personal reflection. They do not constitute:
You use the service entirely at your own risk. Occultix accepts no liability for decisions made based on any reading.
Credits are virtual tokens that unlock full reading interpretations. Credits are non-transferable, do not expire, and have no cash value. The Initiate monthly subscription provides unlimited unlocks for the duration of the active subscription.
All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in USD.
To request a refund, email support@occultix.com with your order reference.
The Initiate subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. Email support@occultix.com to cancel. Access continues until the end of the billing period.

All platform content — design, AI interpretations, card artwork, copy — is the intellectual property of Occultix or its licensors. Your reading journal entries are your own, but you grant us a limited licence to display them within the service.
The service uses OpenAI (AI interpretations), Stripe (payments), and Google (optional sign-in). Your use is also subject to those providers' terms.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Occultix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or reliance on any reading. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. Unused credits will be refunded pro-rata where required by law.
For UK/EU users: governed by the laws of England and Wales. For US users: governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
